MOJO’s Magical Hummus!

Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chick peas (1 can, drained and rinsed) Juice and flesh of ½ lemon (or more to taste) 1-3 cloves garlic pealed and rough chopped ½ tsp salt (less if using canned beans) 1/3 c Tahini (sesame seed “butter”) ¼ c olive oil Water or reserved cooking liquid to thin if desired Instructions: Blend all ingredients together using a food processor or immersion blender.
